Beach, Beach, Beach. If you want waterfront, this Venice, Florida beachfront condominium is the place. Walk out of your ground floor and you are on the beach. The sunsets are beautiful. From the rear of this condominium you have 180 degree views of the gulf, jetties and private beach. 

My wife and I completely renovated the interior to the very highest standards. No expense was spared from top to bottom. The kitchen is fully equipped with Poggen Pohl cabinetry, black galaxy granite counter tops, Viking stainless fridge, Galary series dishwasher and cook top. The two bedrooms have Queen beds with plenty of storage. The living room is all Cantoni furniture, plasma TV with surround sound, DVD, VCR, Tuner and lots and lots of glass that looks like it is free standing right out of the wall. The two bathrooms follow suit with the rest of the condo: lots of glass and granite. My wife and I finished this beautiful place for ourselves. It screams contemporary. You will
not find a cleaner place to stay. 

The condo association does not allow pets. Sorry, but I have another accomodation that is pet friendly, close to the beach and the Venice pier, if you need one.

Venice Island is a historical town founded in 1925. After living here two years I would not want to live anywhere else. Venice Island is quaint, quiet, safe, clean, and always sunny (well, about 330 days a year). Historic downtown, which is a ½ mile away, is full of artsy shops, restaurants, and much more. Just about anything you want to do is a short walk away. One block to the north of the condominium is one of the nicest restaurants called "The Crows Nest" which over looks the Intracoastal Waterway. 

On the other side of the island there is a small airport and a public golf course. Golfing, sunbathing, water sports, fishing piers  and jetties, boating, relaxing, fine restaurants, lots of sun and shopping are just a few suggestions for what Venice Island offers.

Venice, Florida has been voted the #1 place to live and retire several times over. You will not be disappointed in any way, shape or form. Please, after you come and enjoy, please do not tell anybody for we want to keep it a secret for as long as possible.
