This lovely townhouse is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a small secluded condominium complex near Bowman's Beach on Sanibel Island. The complex itself is the only one in this part of the island and is set in a lush tropical setting with the "Ding" Darling Wildlife Refuge as it's neighbor. It is a short walk over a footbridge to Bowman's Beach, popularly known as the best beach in Sanibel, not a building in sight through the palm trees. Sanibel is known for it's excellent shelling. The complex has a heated pool, clubhouse, sauna, tennis courts and high speed internet access.

Furnished in Florida style with comfortable seating, the living room includes a 27" television with remote control and free cable signal. It also has a VCR and DVD built in.

About 45 minutes from Fort Myers Airport, Sanibel Island is north of Naples and just south of Fort Myers. Its the perfect getaway for a romantic vacation, a family trip, or a naturalist adventure. There are over 25 miles of bike paths for pedaling or skating.

Most of the Island is a nature preserve and Sanibel is listed as one of the top ten places in the U.S. for bird observation. The assortment of wildlife is breathtaking. Within the confines of the preserve is all of Tarpon Bay. 

With over 15 miles of white sand beaches, you can beach comb until your hearts content. Due to its unusual crescent shape, the island catches sea shells from the northward gulf current. It has long been known as a sheller's paradise. We even have a Shell Museum!
