The area is renowned for its numerous golf courses and stunning white sandy beaches. There are many excellent restaurants only a short drive away. The swimming pool is heated and there is also a heated spa to get rid of those aches & pains! The house overlooks a large lake and the second tee of the Long Marsh Golf Club so there is always something to see!

This custom designed south facing villa comprises a large living/great room, master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom (with Jacuzzi bath and walk in shower). Extra large walk in closet. Second bedroom complete with queen size bed and en suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is a twin bedded room also with en suite bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen and dining room leading onto the extra large pool deck area which is complete with large table, six chairs and loungers. loungers.
