It has a wrap around balcony off the living room and two of the bedrooms. The Commodore offers a swimming pool and a kiddy pool, BBQ grill, picnic area, spa and shuffle board.

	Balance paid in full 30 days prior to the reservation.
	Reservation cancellation must be made 30 days in advance for full refund.
	3 car maximum.
	Check-in - 3:00 p.m., check-out - 10:00 a.m.
	$35.00 returned check fee.

Spring - March1- May 20 - $1225.00/week... $200.00/day

Summer - May 21- August 19 - $1750.00/week

Fall - August 20-October 31- $850.00/week... $125.00/day

Winter - November 1 - February 28 - $800.00/week... $110.00/day
