Owner's Description of this Property:
Great views from and only five minutes to four of the area's most beautiful area beaches! Our condo is located in Bay Forest, a private gated community located in Naples, Florida, off of Vanderbilt Road, west of U.S. Highway 41 (Tamiami Trail) between Bonita Beach Road and Vanderbilt Beach Road. This condo is a gorgeous and spacious, well-maintained, completely furnished two bedroom, two bathroom, 1377 sq. ft. condo located on the 6th floor of a 7 story mid-rise building with elevators and a security entrance.
Our Naples, Florida unit has a screened lanai with sunset view, view of mangrove preserve, Little Hickory Island, and ribbon view of the Gulf of Mexico. Breakfast area with sunrise view. It is decorated in neutral wall and carpet colors with new furniture, wall, and accessory accents for the comfort of the owner and guests. Telephones, air conditioning, cable TV, computer with high speed internet access, printer, and multi-function fax machine, VCR, Stereo, and CD player are available for our guests. Linens and towels are provided.
The master suite has a premium king-size bed, views of the mangrove forest and a ribbon view of the Gulf of Mexico, and also includes a king size bed with wall mounted color TV with remote control, mirrored vanity with make-up lighting and sink, a walk-in closet, and a separate toilet area with an oval roman tub and shower. Guests will enjoy the new premium twin beds in the guest bedroom and large closet with bi-fold doors. An adjacent guest bathroom includes a full-size tub with shower. The condo also has it's own laundry room with a washer, dryer, and sink.
The kitchen includes refrigerator-freezer with ice-maker, range and oven, dishwasher and disposal, microwave oven, toaster oven, coffee grinder and coffee maker, blender, electric juice extractor. Cooking utensils are provided. The breakfast area seats four and enjoys a view of the eastern horizon and morning sunrise.
The screened lanai with ceiling fan and lighting is adjacent to the living room through sliding glass doors. Four chairs and two cocktail tables provide the comfort to view magnificent sunsets, the mangrove preserve, Little Hickory Island and a ribbon view of the Gulf of Mexico. Sunset views from the western views of the screened lanai, living room, and master bedroom are spectacular. The photo does not do the sunset justice!
