Scruggs Harbor is a private beachfront vacation spot established in 1928. This historic property is directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. Located between Clearwater and St. Petersburg, our private compound has 3 very quaint 2 bedroom water front cottages - Shady Nook, Fay Roy (pictured above and described below) and Kamp Komfort. Tucked just a few steps away stand Upper and Lower Deck.
These interesting and unique vacation homes have attracted many an artist with an easel and paintbrush. The spacious setting of our land is perfect for families and friends to get together for reunions, weddings, and anniversaries. We have plenty of parking
Indian Rocks Beach is a great family beach community. Indian Rocks Beach has plenty of parks. There is a basketball court, shuffle board court, handball court and now a skate board park. There is a lovely playground surrounded by huge grandfather oak trees. Indian Rocks Beach is a very friendly and safe town. Use our sea kayak and adventure out in the Gulf or have a drink and watch for the dolphins at sunset from your cottage deck.

Centrally located on Indian Rocks Beach -- the "safest beach in the world'. Fay Roy is a charming and historical two bedroom beach front cottage. Located directly on the Gulf this charming cottage is perfect for entertaining. Walking distance to local stores and outstanding restaurants. Close to all major Florida Attractions and Theme Parks and we have discount tickets. 45 min to Tampa - 1-1/2 hour to Orlando, 1 Hour to Sarasota. A unique and very private beachfront area to unwind, relax and just have fun without the confusion and density of condo living with the endless rules and regulations!! Privacy and plenty of parking - a very rare commodity on any beach. We offer Golf and Leisure Packages for discriminating travelers and groups. Our services can include airport pickup and/or transportation, dinner reservations, chef cooked gourmet meals, shopping and evening child care. We are family owned and operated and take great pride in the hospitality we show our guests.
