Owner's Description of this Property:
Come experience paradise! The Eden House is a gulf front 35-unit condominium building that was painted and renovated in 2006. Pull your car onto the brick paver parking lot to your private under-the-building parking spot for your convenience and comfort. Use your key to enter the glass enclosed secure lobby area and take the elevator to your doorstep.
You will already be sensing the enjoyment of the beautiful new tropical landscaping on the Eden House property that was replanted after the nasty visit by Charlie in 2004. But the best awaits you when you turn the key and enter your home-away-from-home for your stay.
You will see the charm in the hand painted rocking chair and curio cabinet in the dining room/living room area. Visit our website and see the Florida seashells that border the mirror in the living room, an evening project completed during one of our family vacations to Ft. Myers Beach.
Flip a switch to raise the lanai hurricane shutters to bring the view of the Gulf of Mexico through the floor to ceiling glass wall on the west side of the living room. Your vacation or your retreat from the winter has finally arrived.
Our condo is a spacious end unit with windows in every room. The Eden House end units are a little larger than the interior units and you will appreciate the extra elbow room in our 1380 square feet of living space.
When not sampling the wonderful seafood cuisine of the local beach restaurants, you can head to the island Publix and stock up on what you need to prepare meals in our fully equipped kitchen.
Empty your suitcases in the Master Bedroom walk-in closet and be thankful that you were able to pack light because of the washer and dryer units in the kitchen. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and it’s own private bathroom.
The Guest Bedroom has a queen size bed and a new bedroom set purchased during our 2006 vacation. The entire condo was also treated to new carpeting in 2006 for both our enjoyment and yours.
Relax a few moments (or hours) on the wicker rocker on the lanai. Act lazy and ask a friend or loved one to bring a couple of glasses of iced tea out to the lanai and enjoy the views.
Then head to the Eden House heated pool, to the beach, or use the trolley stop in front of the building to enjoy the souvenir shops and restaurants in the Times Square area. Let’s get the vacation started! Let’s pretend it will never end.
