Sunset Paradise - A Spectacular Fisherman's Beach house!
Sunset Paradise is a magnificent beach front home located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in a quiet mid-island location of Fort Myers Beach, Florida. Beautifully landscaped and decorated, Sunset Paradise provides a retreat with all the luxury and comforts of home.
Stunning sunset ocean views enhance your meals from the dining room, and three different porches or patios overlooking the ocean. Catch your dinner of trophy Snook, redfish, and trout right out your door in the best surf fishing hole on the Beach. The fishing is super in the spring, summer and fall when Snook and Redfish congregate on the beach. Or, just relax in your beach front Hot Tub enjoying the ocean breeze, and leave the fishing to the pelicans and dolphins, who will provide you with an aerial and aquatic ballet, as they search the Gulf for breakfast.
Walk the miles of beach. Enjoy the thrill of beachcombing for buried treasures and wading the sand bar at low tide in search of sand dollars, live shells and giant starfish. The beach is one of the safest in the world with no undertow or rip currents and very gradual drop off.
Our home is newly redecorated with tropical furnishings, tile floors, a well stocked kitchen, and all the conveniences of home. With four bedrooms and four baths, Sunset Paradise comfortably sleeps and is limited to 8 people. We have three children ages 7,4, and 1 so the house is very child friendly with high chair, playpen/crib, beach toys, and stroller available for your use.
The 46' swimming pool is designed for all ages with both 6 inch and 2 foot deep wading areas as well as a six foot deep end. The entire pool and patio area is surrounded by a fence for the safety of little ones. The grounds are lushly landscaped to enhance your vacation privacy.
Sunset Paradise is one of the nicest homes on Fort Myers Beach; a truly spectacular property. Our goal is to provide your home away from home and Sunset Paradise is designed to be luxurious at an affordable price. Your hosts, the Jones family, would love to share with you their little piece of Paradise.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy- To make a reservation I simply need you to email your address, phone number and the time period you desire. All reservations are subject to 11% Florida lodging tax, a $225 cleaning fee, and a $35 booking fee. We will email to you an reservation request form which outlines the rates, deposit, terms and conditions of the reservation. Upon you mailing the deposit check, my property management company will then send you a reservation confirmation and check-in packet. Payment in full is due 90 days prior to arrival and the final payment must be made by check or money order. If this payment is not received on time, the reservation is canceled. If full payment is received prior to rebooking, then the reservation will be reinstated. In the event of cancellation for any reason, refunds will only be made in the amount received if the unit is rebooked, if any, less a $50 cancellation fee. The security deposit is refunded approximately 45 days after your stay minus any charges for damage to the unit or long distance phone calls. |

Weather Policy- Both homes are located in a tropical climate where rain, wind and or hurricanes are a possibility. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee sunshine just like ski resorts can’t guarantee snow. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather unless Fort Myers Beach is under a mandatory evacuation ordered by a governmental agency in which case the rental days affected by the evacuation will be refunded. Please understand that natural disasters in your home town, family emergencies, or other impediments to your travel are not situations that will entitle you to a refund. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen emergencies. |

The rate for the week including July 4th is 10% higher.
Rates for Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day weeks are 10% higher. Florida lodging tax of 11%, a $225 cleaning fee plus a $35 booking fee are the only additional charges. Please add $75 per person in excess of eight people. Maximum occupancy of no more than 8 adults and 2 small children.
