Beautiful canal home, 1 1/2 blocks from Fort Myers Beach (access #15) is ready for your family's vacation paradise. This 2,700 square foot waterfront home is located on a peaceful, friendly side street, which offers an awesome view of Estero Bay, the canal, and private pool. Three bedrooms, two full baths, plus a queen sized sleeper sofa offer ample relaxation room! Master bedroom offers a king bed, private bath, and TV/DVD unit w/cable. The second bedroom features a king bed, ceiling fan, huge closets and a TV/DVD  unit w/cable. The third bedroom is stylishly decorated in an island motif and features 2 twin beds (which can be joined for a king size bed), ceiling fan and large closet and TV/DVD. These bedrooms share a newly redecorated bath off the hallway.  Kitchen, dining and two (2) living rooms are open areas with 2 large window walls opening onto a large glassed in lanai area that seats 4 around a glass and wicker table. This lanai area offers an outstanding view overlooking the private pool, canal and Estero Bay (a great place to enjoy morning coffee while watching the sail boats glide by in the Bay). Take the stairs from the lanai down to your own private pool where maybe you would rather lounge in the sun or enjoy a swim (Pool Size: 15W x 30L x 4-9' Deep). Large, poolside, cemented area is great for relaxing or entertaining with several lounge chairs, poolside bar that seats 8, and gas grill. Our home is newly remodeled and furnished (new appliances too) with a huge leather couch in the living room to relax on while watching a favorite DVD on the large screen TV (we have cable too!). Two separate living room areas (one with the large TV, one without) provide lots of space to relax and unwind. The quiet living room offers a love seat and queen sleeper sofa with a 4 inch thick mattress. Need some fresh air? No problem, a door leading from the quiet living room takes you out onto a private, open balcony with a bar sized patio set to take in the fantastic view of the bay. The kitchen is fully stocked and the dining room table seats 8. Enjoy a gourmet dinner (the grocery store is only 2 blocks away) or dine out at one of the many fine restaurants on the beach or bay. All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided, with a washer and dryer on the pool level for your convenience. Need to do a little work? Our home is equipped with a fax machine and internet access. Bring your laptop and connect up if you  just can't get away.  Enjoy magnificent sunsets and exciting nightlife but don't miss waking up early at least a few days to enjoy a walk on the beach to get first choice on the awesome shells, sand dollars, and sea life. Walk through the white, powder sand and into the cool, clear gulf water and look into the amazing ocean...you may even see a few dolphins at play! We hope you enjoy our wonderful home as much as we do. We have created the environment to be relaxing, enjoyable, usable and affordable. It is newly carpeted and freshly painted. We've also added authentic, nautical antiques and home decor.
