If you've never experienced Paradise before, you're in for a treat staying in this comfortable and fully-equipped guest cottage which sits on 185' of private lakefront property teeming with fish, turtles, otters and tropical birds. Amid the swaying palms you will feel inner peace yet be within bicycling or walking distance of Lemon Bay, the beaches, supermarket, banks, library and pharmacy. Secluded away from the owner's Main House and separate Artist Studio, "The Cottage" sits amid lush tropical flowering garden areas with fountains and patios and beside a private heated full-sized swimming pool with sunning deck. Stroll through our award-winning Hibiscus garden, past which you can take your pick from our "Vegetable Patch," an assortment of organic vegetables and herbs (you're welcome to plant some of your own if you're here long enough). As you sit on your own screened lanai, you'll enjoy serene privacy. Feel free to enjoy the oranges, mangos, loquat, avocados, bananas and grapefruit from the trees along side your home (in season). This retreat had previously only been for the enjoyment of family or friends. Come relax with us and renew your body and spirit in this heaven on earth, knowing you will be the only guests in your own private retreat.

Security deposit payable upon arrival based on length of stay ($100-$500) and returned within 30 days after departure if no

Cleaning fee of $75, included in security deposit is waived if left in same condition as at arrival. |

Over 2 person occupancy, $8.50/day to 4 person maximum. |

Owner on site to insure a perfect vacation with concierge services. |

Check in 2 PM, check out 10 AM with
