Rules and Policies:
| In the event of a cancellation, with less than a 60 day notice, the deposit will not be refunded unless we can find an alternate renter for the same time/same number of days. |

| Must be 21 or over to rent! |
| Pets:
We may allow a pet, as long as well behaved, house broken,
& free of fleas. All pets have to be pre-approved before
coming......The security deposit is $100.00 more when bringing an
approved pet. |
| Deposits: In order to reserve a time slot for you, we require a $500.00 reservation/security deposit. This deposit will be refunded within 30 days after your departure (or after the last utility bill is received), providing no damages incurred during your stay, the house is left in good shape & the amount of people does not exceed the number
agreed upon. After the deposit is received, I will mail you a confirmation letter, an amenity list & a map of the area with driving directions from I-75. |
| Other Fees: There is no
cleaning fee as long as the house left in good shape....Utilities
are included; the phone is limited to local service & local
calls (no Internet, long distance, etc.). We also pay for the Satellite service in the living room (no movie rental, fights, etc. allowed). If any of the utility bills
exceed what mentioned above, you will be responsible for the additional amount. |
