From the fully equipped and spacious kitchen, with great breakfast bar (seating for six) and the dining area (seating for six more), you can see and be part of everything. The tastefully decorated family room has comfortable seating for all, features a large screen wall mounted HD TV and a DVD player. The spacious backyard, patio and pool area is the crowning feature of the Coconut Palms. This area features a refreshing 12’ x 24’ pool with a 7’ privacy fenced sunning deck area, plenty of lounge-seating, and a separate backyard stereo system (receiver and 5 CD player) that makes you feel like you’re at a mini resort. To complete the back yard patio enjoyment there’s a new high-end stainless steel gas BBQ, patio table and chairs with large umbrella, and convenient access to restroom and shower.
