This Bonita Springs golf paradise is in Bonita Springs, Florida, between Naples and Fort Myers. Sunshine, GREAT GOLF and gracious living - stay in a brand new SPRING RUN vacation condo in the award winning Brooks community complex, just North of Naples, Florida, developed by the prestigious Bonita Bay Group. A gated Country Club Community with a fabulous private championship golf course, par 72, professionally designed with five tees available for all levels of players. From May through October you can play 40 Courses FREE (cart fee only $18.50) with your reciprocal privileges as a SPRING RUN member. Practice facilities, which include an aquatic driving range (FREE) are open from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Non-smoking first floor professionally decorated unit with an outstanding view overlooking the fourth fairway includes ALL the amenities you would expect from a newly built golf community residence. The living area has a 12-foot glass opening onto the lanai, giving you a panoramic view of the water and fairway. Queen sofa sleeper in the living area. The master bedroom which also overlooks the lake and fairway, has a luxurious king bed and is located in the back of the unit for complete privacy. The guest bedroom has twin beds located in the front of the unit. Each bedroom has a TV/VCR. This is a very private unit (no golf cart path).

Enjoy the pool, hot tub and gas grills, which are close to the unit. There are several tennis courts and an exercise suite located at the Spring Run Country Club. Completely transferable membership for a small fee entitles you to golf anytime, for only a cart fee; or to use all the other facilities at your leisure. Tee times for golf may be scheduled in advance or in person at the pro shop.

Enjoy shopping at the beautiful MIROMAR OUTLETS or at the upscale PROMENADE shopping center. Regal 12 Cinema is only two miles away. There are also numerous top-notch restaurants in the area, and a brand new HYATT Hotel directly across the street from The Brooks.
