It has a private bath featuring double sinks and oversized walk-in shower.

The second bedroom, located in the front of the unit has twin beds and an additional bath. Both bedrooms have TV's and ceiling fans for additional comfort. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and has solid surface cooking, built-in microwave, dishwasher, raised breakfast bar and full laundry area.

Enjoy the pool, hot tub and gas grills, which are close to the unit. There are several tennis courts and an exercise suite located at the Spring Run Country Club. Completely transferable membership for a small fee entitles you to golf for only a cart fee; or to use all the other facilities at your leisure. From May through October you can play 40 Courses with your reciprocal privileges as a SPRING RUN member. Practice facilities include an aquatic driving range.

Also, enjoy shopping at the new Coconut Point Mall or Miromar Outlets. There are also numerous top notch restaurants in the Bonita Springs, Naples area.
